What data and why?
The form stores your name, email, optional phone, event town, date, service, package, message and acknowledgement of this notice. We use them to reply, prepare a quote and discuss booking terms. Providing data is voluntary, but required fields are needed to handle a form enquiry. Please do not include sensitive data or other people’s details.
Legal grounds
Preparing a quote at your request is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps before entering into a contract. Other correspondence, site security and protection against claims are based on the controller’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Contractual and statutory obligations are handled under their applicable legal grounds. The checkbox is not marketing consent.
Retention
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to discuss your plans and establish whether a booking will be made. Once the matter is closed, we delete the data unless needed for a contract, legal duties or legal claims, in which case the applicable statutory or limitation period determines retention.
Recipients and infrastructure
The controller and hosting, database and email providers have access as needed to operate the site and handle correspondence. The site and database use Railway with Amsterdam selected as the region. Our contact mailbox is hosted by cyber_Folks. Enquiry notifications and customer acknowledgements are sent through Resend, with Ireland selected as the sending region. Resend receives email addresses and message content containing enquiry details for this purpose. International providers may process data outside the EEA; details of providers and applicable transfer safeguards are available on request via our contact address.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure and restriction, and data portability where the law provides for it. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO (uodo.gov.pl). Contact kontakt@fotojazda.pl about your data.
Privacy while browsing
We do not make automated decisions or profile you using form data. After separate consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure traffic, visit sources, interactions and successful enquiries. Google receives connection data, page URLs and cookie identifiers such as _ga. Phone and email clicks are measured as phone_click and email_click, without the number or address in event data. The generate_lead event is sent only after an enquiry is successfully saved, without its content or contact details. The Google tag is not loaded before analytics consent. Google advertising signals additionally require marketing consent. With both consents, Google Ads may replace the website number with a forwarding number to measure calls after an ad visit. Calls are routed to our business. Google processes call details, including time, duration and, where available, the caller’s number. Calls lasting at least 60 seconds count as conversions. Measurement may use _gcl_ and gwcc cookies. Information about Google processing, including outside the EEA: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Only after marketing consent, Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) measures visits and successful enquiries and may support personalised Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta receives connection data (including IP), the visited URL and cookie identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. We do not send form fields as event data; automatic advanced matching is disabled. Refusal does not affect the form. Both choices are independent. Change or withdraw either consent via Cookie settings: this removes the withdrawn purpose’s cookies on our domain and reloads the page, preserving the other choice. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. Meta may process received data outside the EEA under its privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. The server may process connection data to operate and protect the site. Fonts are served by our website without connecting your browser to Google Fonts.
