What affects your final quote?
The event date, venue, route and extras affect the final price. We cover the Silesian metropolitan area and locations within 100 km of it. For Gliwice, Katowice or another town, provide the venue address rather than assuming travel is included. Access and positioning also need confirmation: distance alone does not describe the gate, surface or manoeuvring space.
How do you choose three, four or five hours?
Start with the reception schedule. Place the session when guests can use it freely, rather than during a long meal, speeches or another major activity. A larger guest list is a reason to discuss a longer package, but there is no universal formula. Share your guest count and key times so we can match the session to your event, without adding an hour just because the reception lasts late.
A wedding ride and photo bus need one shared schedule
The T2 can be used as a wedding car or photo bus. Both services use the same vehicle, so combining them does not mean simultaneous availability. Travel and preparation need time.
