Prepare your photo corner. A short event checklist.
A few things to agree with your venue so you can focus on having fun.
Concept image Access and positioning
Agree vehicle access with the venue. Check the gate, ground surface and manoeuvring space. We will confirm the exact requirements for your chosen service; not every lawn is suitable for a vehicle.
Power and a weather plan
Ask about the power supply near the photo area. For an outdoor event, agree a rain and wind plan with the venue. Arrange cables and decorations so paths remain clear and safe.
A contact person on the day
Nominate someone who can help with access and setup. Share your coordinator’s contact and planned times with us, so you can relax and enjoy your day.
