A wedding car with a driver: what to agree before booking
Choosing the car is the first step. A useful quote also needs the route, times, stops and photo plans. Here is a checklist for couples planning a wedding in Gliwice and Silesia.
Porsche Cayenne or Volkswagen T2?
The white Porsche Cayenne suits an elegant setting and modern decorations. The cream T2 offers a boho and retro style and is available for the 2027 season. Consider your photo plans and reception style, browse the fleet and name the model in your enquiry. T2 visuals are labelled concept images, rather than completed wedding journeys.
Write out the addresses and stops
List the starting point, ceremony venue, reception and photo stops. If the car collects one person and then travels to another address, include both. Add times and contacts. Town names alone are not enough to estimate the route. Confirm vehicle access and a waiting space for the driver with each venue.
Car hire time involves more than driving
Driving, waiting during the ceremony, photos and stops all need to fit the schedule. Confirm when service time starts, what happens if the day runs late and how an extension is handled. A journey after the reception is not automatically included; it needs to appear in the route and quote.
Use listed prices as a starting point
At publication, Fotojazda’s indicative car packages are Mini from PLN 700 for two hours, Standard from PLN 1,100 for four hours and Premium from PLN 1,600 for six hours. They include a car with a driver and photo time, with the route agreed individually. Standard and Premium include basic decoration; Premium adds an extended journey schedule. We confirm the price for the model, route and date; do not assume both cars have the same final price.
Agree decorations and photo plans in advance
Share decoration colours and ideas, then agree the scope and mounting method. If a florist supplies flowers, allow time and a contact for installation. Choose the photo location with your photographer and check access and parking. A beautiful map location may be inaccessible by car or leave too little time for photos.
Using the T2 as a car and photo bus needs extra planning
If you want a wedding ride and photo bus session, describe the whole day in one enquiry. It is the same T2, so allow for travel, positioning and preparation. We confirm combined availability individually for the 2027 season and later. Do not schedule driving and photo bus operation at the same time.
